Winney GmbH is obliged to participate in the dispute resolution procedure at the Arbitration Commission for Consumer Protection. Consumers (senders and their recipients) may apply to the Arbitration Commission for Consumer Protection to resolve disputes about rights and obligations in the event of loss, theft or damage to postal items or violation of their own rights to which they are entitled on the basis of a resolution established by § 18 PostG if an agreement with Winney GmbH has not been reached.
In other cases, Winney GmbH does not participate in the dispute resolution procedure under the terms of VSBG.
