- For STANDART rate shipments - compensation in the amount of 40 SDR and 4.5 SDR for each kilogram of the parcel (but not more than the value of the contents) plus the amount of the tariff fee.
- For EXPRESS delivery type - compensation in the amount of 130 SDR (but not more than the value of the contents) plus the amount of the tariff fee.
- In your Personal Account when placing an order, you can choose the additional insurance service for your shipment, which is 3% of the value of your parcel.

TELEGA service will not be able to deliver items prohibited by law: weapons, ammunition and their components; narcotic and psychotropic drugs, flammable, explosive and toxic substances, alcohol and cigarettes; animals; other items prohibited by law. The sum of the three sides of the shipment is no more than 200 cm, the length of one side is no more than a meter. The weight of the parcel is up to 20 kg. Receive the parcel at a convenient pick-up point.
Delivery time is from 10 to 20 days.
EXPRESS TARIFF
The sum of the three sides of the shipment is less than 150 cm, the length of one side is no more than a meter. The weight of the parcel is up to 30 kg. It is possible to deliver the parcel to the specified address.
Delivery time is from 7 to 15 days.
Please note that delivery times may be increased on the eve of holidays in Europe and Russia.

Parcels for personal use have a number of restrictions - weight up to 31 kg, cost up to 200 euros (since April 1, 2024), 1 parcel STRICTLY up to 3 pieces of the same product for personal use. Also no more than 3 parcels per month to 1 recipient!
A commercial batch is a shipment of more than 3 pieces of the same article, size or model. Recognition of a parcel as a commercial batch entails payment of customs duties.
