TELEGA provides two main types of parcel delivery from Europe:
STANDARD TARIFF
The sum of the three sides of the shipment is no more than 200 cm, the length of one side is no more than 105 cm. Parcel weight is up to 20 kg.
This tariff allows for exceeding the three dimensions by up to 250 cm and up to 22 kg, in this case the calculation will be made taking into account the surcharges for the oversized parcel.
Provide of the parcel through the nearest pick-up point in Europe, or you can call a courier to your home or office.
Receipt of the parcel - at a convenient pick-up point in the Russian Federation.
Delivery time from 18 to 27 days.
EXPRESS TARIFF
Length + 2x width + 2x depth - no more than 300 cm, length of one side - no more than 150 cm. Parcel weight up to 31 kg.
Exceeding up to 320 cm is allowed, the calculation will be made taking into account surcharges for oversized parcel. Exceeding of the actual weight is not allowed.
Parcel can be provided through the nearest reception point in Europe, or you can call a courier to your home or office.
Parcel delivery to the specified address is possible.
Delivery time - from 14 to 18 days.
Please note that delivery times may be increased on the eve of holidays in Europe and Russia.

- For EXPRESS delivery type - compensation in the amount of 130 SDR (but not more than the value of the contents) plus the amount of the tariff fee.
- In your Personal Account when placing an order, you can choose the additional insurance service for your shipment, which is 3% of the value of your parcel.
