You can deliver the parcel to us in Europe at any nearest delivery point (you can check the address of the nearest branch using the card when placing an order) or by calling a courier at home. Upon arrival in Russia, the parcel can be picked up at any pick-up point nearest to your index at the Standard tariff, or directly at home with courier delivery at the Express tariff.

If you have issued and paid for a parcel on our website, but the dimensions of the parcel have changed, or the recipient's details have changed, the composition of the parcel, the destination address or other information entered requires correction, it is necessary to contact our managers by e-mail as soon as possible order@telega.pro , specifying in detail the new data on your parcel.
