General obligation to provide information according to § 36 VSBG:
Winney GmbH is obliged to participate in the dispute resolution procedure before the consumer arbitration board. Consumers (senders and their recipients) can turn to the consumer arbitration board for the resolution of disputes regarding rights and obligations in the event of loss, theft or damage of postal items or violation of their own rights on the basis of the statutory regulation 18 PostG, if an agreement with Winney GmbH has not been reached.
In other cases, Winney GmbH does not participate in the dispute resolution procedure according to the requirements of the VSBG.
