Instructions for placing an order from the Marketplace

Click on the "Shopping from stores" section and fill in the required information. Choose a parcel delivery warehouse in Germany if you are shipping your parcel from European online stores. If necessary, select additional insurance (3% of the value of your parcel).

Add your purchase through the "+Add purchase" field by filling in the basic data for identifying the parcel in the warehouse, be sure to specify the track number provided by the online store.

In the next step, enter the data about the composition of your parcel through the "+ Add product" field. At the same time, an individual product card must be filled in for each item (article, name, etc.). For each item (article, name, etc.), it is necessary to fill out an individual product card as part of a previously completed purchase (see above). The "Product Name" field is filled out in English (the product name and material of manufacture, if applicable, must be indicated), the "Package Contents" field is filled out in Russian. You must select the HS Code of the product - if you have any difficulties selecting the HS code, contact the managers by email at order@telega.pro or by WhatsApp: +7 965 175 75 25 for a free consultation. These codes are rechecked by the managers after receiving your delivery request.

Select the delivery type. You can find information about the terms and differences in rates on the main page of the site in the section "Delivery types and terms".
In the next two steps, enter the details of the sender and recipient. If you are sending your purchase from an online store, the sender and recipient may be the same person. Please fill in the details carefully and accurately, indicate the recipient's exact contacts and postcode.
Add a promo code if available, read the terms of the current offer.
Proceed to pay for the parcel. Use RoboKassa payment system when paying with Russian cards, or Stripe system when paying with a foreign card.

Instructions for making a regular shipment

Click on the "regular shipment" section and fill in the required information. Select the EU checkbox, if you are sending a parcel from Europe, select the country of departure from the drop-down list. If necessary, select additional insurance (3% of the value of your parcel).

Specify the contents of the parcel - button: Specify the contents of the parcel. The separate product card must be filled in for each heterogeneous product. The first field "Package contents" is indicated in English (the name of the product and the material of manufacture, if appropriate, must be indicated), the second field "Package contents" is indicated in Russian. Next, you need to select the HS code for your product - if you have any difficulties choosing the HS code, contact the managers by mail order@telega.pro or WhatsApp: +7 965 175 75 25 for a free consultation. All specified codes are rechecked by employees after receiving a paid application for delivery.
After entering the data on the contents of the parcel, add the dimensions – the weight and dimensions of the final package..

Select the type of delivery. You can find information about the terms and the difference in tariffs on the main page of the site in the section "Types and delivery times".
In the next steps, enter the information about the Sender and Recipient. Please fill in the data carefully and reliably, specify the exact contacts and indexes.
Choose the option of delivering the parcel to us – take it yourself to the nearest parcel pick-up point (check the address of the nearest branch on the map) or call the courier at home.
Add a promo code, if available, and read the terms of the current offer.

Proceed to the payment of the parcel. Use the RoboKassa payment system when paying with Russian cards, or the Stripe system when paying with a foreign card. Be sure to print the label before submitting your parcel and securely fix it on the box!
