All your parcels are delivered to our warehouse in Berlin, the address of which you indicate in the delivery address fields when making a purchase. The warehouse address is fixed in “My Addresses” section in your Personal Account.

Payment of duties on the territory of the EAEU is not required if the order amount (the cost of the parcel from the EU) does not exceed 1000 €. If this limit is exceeded, you must pay a fee of 15% of the amount over 1000 €. Also, duty may be charged on a parcel containing more than 3-4 identical product items. Such a shipment may be regarded by a customs officer as commercial cargo. You can split one order into several small parcels.
We do not recommend sending parcels exceeding €1000 per month to one recipient. But even if this limit is exceeded, TELEGA Service will help you declare such a parcel!

For all shipments within the EU, the weight of the parcel is calculated either by actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Divisor of volumetric weight - 6000. For example, you arranged through your Personal Account the delivery of goods from an Italian online store to the Russian Federation; the parcel measures 40x40x30 cm and weighs 4 kg. Shipping from Italy to our warehouse will be calculated as follows:
40×40×30÷6000= 8 kg – volume-weight
Since the volume-weight of 8 kg exceeds the actual weight of 4 kg, the delivery distance from Italy to Germany will be calculated based on the volume-weight of your parcel. The cost of delivery from a warehouse in Berlin to the final recipient in the Russian Federation will be calculated based on actual weight.

After placing an order for delivery of goods through TELEGA Service, in the “My Orders” section of your Personal Account, you can see the assigned tracking number in the format DE000000000. Using this number you can track your order in your Personal Account or on the main page of our website.
